Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Service" means the ClickMeeting applications, website, and APIs. "User" means any person who accesses the Service. "Content" means messages, files, and other materials submitted through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a paid subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and accept these Terms.

3. Description of Service

ClickMeeting is an online platform that provides webinars, online meetings, video conferencing, screen sharing, recordings, and related collaboration features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ClickMeeting Technologies, Inc. and protected by law. You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Upon termination, your Content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKMEETING TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force (severability).
